Learn how to switch between and manage multiple organizations, streamlining the oversight of diverse production setups across different locations or venues.
Creating a New Organization
Follow these steps to create a new organization, allowing you to manage multiple studios under one umbrella for streamlined administration and content distribution.
Access the Studio Switcher: Begin by locating the studio switcher dropdown menu. You can find this in the top left corner.
Navigate to Add New Studio: Within the studio switcher menu, look for an option labeled "Add New Studio." This option is your gateway to creating both new studios and new organizations.
Select Create New Organization: After clicking "Add New Studio," you will see an option to create a new organization. This is usually positioned at the bottom of the dropdown or pop-up menu, distinctly marked to differentiate it from adding a new studio.
Enter Organization Details: Once you select the option to create a new organization, you will be prompted to enter details about your new organization. Start with the organization name, which should be representative of your company, institution, or group. This name is how your organization will be identified.
Confirm Creation: After entering your organization's name and any other required information, confirm the creation of your new organization.
Create Your First Studio: Following the creation of your new organization, you'll be prompted to create a new studio within this organization. This step is crucial as it establishes the first content creation or management space within your new organizational structure.
Enter Studio Details: Provide a name for your new studio and any other relevant information. The studio name should reflect its purpose or location to ensure easy identification and management.
Complete Setup: Finalize the creation of your new studio by following any remaining on-screen instructions. This might include setting up initial preferences, inviting team members, or linking hardware devices.
Review and Organize: Once your new organization and studio are created, take a moment to review your setup. You can now begin organizing your content production and management workflows according to your needs.
Switching Between Organizations
Identifying Organizations: Organizations are marked with unique icons at the top of your list of studios, differentiating them from one another.

Practical Use Cases
Religious Organizations: Differentiate between main and satellite campuses by organizing them into separate entities, each with its own studios for localized content production.
Business Enterprises: For companies with multiple operational venues or locations, organizing them under separate organizations can facilitate specialized content management and production.
