This guide will walk you through the steps to update your profile photo, name, email address, and security settings, including password changes and enabling two-factor authentication.
Changing Your Profile Picture:
Click on your profile icon at the top right corner of the Studio interface.
Select "Account Settings" from the dropdown menu.
In the Account Settings page, locate the section for your profile picture.
Click on the option to "Upload" or "Update" your photo. Choose a photo from your device that is under 3MB and ideally square or circular.
Save your changes to update your profile picture.
Updating Your Name:
Access "Account Settings" by clicking on your profile icon in the top right corner.
Navigate to the name section within the Account Settings.
Click on the field to edit your name. Enter your updated name.
Confirm your changes by saving them.
Updating Your Email Address:
We currently do not support changing your email address as Studio and Organization access can be tied to a particular company security restrictions. To update your email, you can create a new account and request access re-invite yourself to previous Organizations.
